I hired Home Check previously for another house inspection for a deal that thankfully didn't go through. The inspection caught some serious structural issues that we were happy to walk away from. On the second inspection, this time a different and far more well-kept house, Home Check did another great job. I requested John Doe for both inspections because he was extremely personable, patient and informative as I asked many questions. I’d hire him again, even though I hope don’t have to (at least anytime soon)!

John was extremely professional and moved through the house in a very deliberate and thorough way. He shared with us his plan of examination, and let us ask as many questions as we’d like, while still conducting the inspection. I know it is impossible to find all issues with a home, but, I’d be surprised if he didn't. The home inspection can be overwhelming and an emotional low point in the purchasing process. John was very informative about the issues he was finding. He talked to us about why it was an issue, how it could be repaired, and any other inquiries we had. His straightforward and informative manner was comforting and helpful during and after the inspection as we negotiated with the sellers. His report went even further beyond what we saw that day, and will be a valuable resource as we get settled into, and live in our new home for probably a few years to come.
